Our Terms and Conditions

1. About the Website

Popular RV is an online marketplace and information platform. It allows users to:

(a) browse RV listings.

(b) post listings to sell or rent RVs.

(c) contact other users.

(d) read RV-related articles and guides. 

We provide the venue only. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we are not the seller, buyer, owner, renter, dealer, broker, or agent in any transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to create an account, post a listing to sell or rent an RV, or contact owners about buying or renting an RV.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@popularrv.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to users or the Website.

4. Listings

(a) Seller and lister responsibilities

If you post a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the legal owner of the RV or are authorized by the owner to sell or rent it.
• the vehicle is free of undisclosed liens, or you will clear any lien at or before sale.
• all information, photos, and descriptions (including year, mileage, condition, price, features, accident history, and location) are accurate, current, and not misleading.
• you have the right to upload all photos and text, and they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• the RV, your listing, and the transaction comply with all applicable laws, including registration, title, safety, emissions, taxation, insurance, and consumer protection laws.

(b) Prohibited listings

You may not post listings that are false, duplicated, fraudulent, or for stolen, salvaged-undisclosed, or illegal vehicles, or that include unrelated products, spam, links to other sites for advertising purposes, or personal data of others.

(c) Review and removal

We may review, edit, reject, or remove any listing or content at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Reviewing a listing does not mean we have inspected the RV, verified ownership, or guarantee its accuracy.

5. Buying, Selling, and Renting

• All transactions are solely between the users involved. We do not own, inspect, store, deliver, insure, or guarantee any RV listed on the Website.
• Buyers and renters are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person (or through a qualified third-party inspector), verify the title, VIN, and ownership documents, check vehicle history reports, and confirm insurance before paying or taking possession.
• Rental terms (price, deposit, mileage, insurance, cleaning, damage, cancellations, and return conditions) are agreed between the owner and renter. Users are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance for rentals.
• Never send money by wire transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or other irreversible methods to a person you have not verified.
• Users are responsible for all taxes, registration fees, and legal requirements related to their transactions.

6. Fees

Creating and browsing listings on Popular RV is currently free. If we introduce paid features or fees in the future, we will clearly show them before you are charged and update these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
• post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• attempt to defraud users or conduct scams, including advance-fee, overpayment, or fake-escrow schemes.
• scrape, harvest, or copy Website data by automated means without our written permission.
• upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to interfere with or breach the security of the Website.
• click on advertisements displayed on the Website for any reason other than genuine interest, or encourage others to do so.
• use the Website for any purpose other than lawful RV-related activity.

8. User Content License

You keep ownership of the text, photos, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting it, you grant Popular RV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your User Content on the Website and in related promotion of the Website (for example, on our social media pages). You confirm that you have the right to grant this license. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept in backups or shared by others.

9. Our Intellectual Property

The Website’s design, logo, text, graphics, articles, and software (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Popular RV and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Third-party brand names and logos (such as RV manufacturers) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, email support@popularrv.com with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the infringing content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.

11. Blog and Informational Content

Articles and guides on the Website are provided for general information only. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, mechanical, safety, or insurance). RV laws, safety rules, and requirements vary by location. Always verify with official sources or a qualified professional.

12. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Website displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content, products, or services, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage from dealings with advertisers or other third parties. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that listings or user information are accurate, complete, or legitimate. See our Disclaimer for more.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Popular RV and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for losses or damages related to your use of the Website, listings, transactions, or interactions with other users, including:

• Indirect, accidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Information or listings posted on the Website.
• Transactions or disputes between users.
• Any vehicle bought or rented through the Website.
• Personal injury or property damage related to a vehicle, transaction, or interaction with another user.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Popular RV and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, your User Content, your listings or transactions, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

16. Disputes Between Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with other users. If you have a dispute with another user, you must resolve it directly with them. We may, but are not obligated to, help with communication or take action against accounts that violate these Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Website or delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

19. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

20. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Popular RV regarding the Website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
